✓ Active Compliance & Transparency Effective Date: October 2026 Location: Almaty & Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Introduction & Operator Identity

This Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement governs the collection, use, and safeguarding of information by PM KZ (Principality Media) ("we", "us", "our", or "the Portal"), an independent digital education curation hub and career navigator operating out of Almaty and Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

PM KZ provides open-access career roadmaps, study resources, and peer guidance for individuals seeking remote technical and digital employment. We operate with strict respect for the privacy rights of our users in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection" and internationally accepted privacy benchmarks.

2. Non-Collection of Personal Accounts

PM KZ does not require users to create personal user accounts or submit passwords. Access to all published curriculum roadmaps, GitHub repository templates, and Telegram community groups is unrestricted and free.

We collect only minimal technical information necessary for reliable website delivery:

  • Local Preferences: Interface language selection (EN, RU, KZ), stored exclusively on your device via standard browser localStorage.
  • Telemetry & Analytics: Aggregated, non-personally identifiable diagnostic metrics (e.g., page load timings, device categories, referring sites) to optimize frontend speed and accessibility across Central Asia.
  • Voluntary Communications: Inquiries submitted via email (contact@pm.kz) are handled solely to resolve the user's specific request.

3. Affiliate Disclosure & Partner Cookies

Official Affiliate Disclosure Statement: PM KZ (Principality Media) participates in verified educational affiliate partnership programs, including networks operating under Impact.com and educational partnerships with leading global learning platforms. Certain outbound hyperlinks directing to course enrollments or professional certificates contain coded referral tracking parameters.

When you click an outbound link to an external educational platform:

  • A standard, secure referral cookie may be set by the external provider or affiliate network (such as Impact.com) to attribute qualifying course enrollments or verified learning platform subscriptions.
  • Zero Cost Impact: Enrolling through these links carries absolutely zero price increase or additional fee for you. You receive the identical regular price or applicable regional discounts.
  • Funding Community Work: Any referral commissions earned directly support the maintenance of our free community roadmaps, open webinars, and local tech meetups in Kazakhstan.

4. Editorial Independence Guarantee

All career pathways, course recommendations, and certification suggestions are selected strictly on educational rigor, industry recognition by Fortune 500 employers, and career outcomes for remote job seekers. Commercial affiliate partnerships never dictate or compromise our editorial assessments.

5. Third-Party Trademarks & External Services

All trademarks, platform names (such as Google, Meta, IBM, PostgreSQL, Figma, Docker), and associated brand emblems belong exclusively to their respective owners. Mentioning them on PM KZ indicates curriculum benchmarking and does not imply institutional sponsorship or accredited university degree conferral.

6. Security & Data Protection

We maintain modern SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted across PM KZ. We do not sell, license, lease, or distribute visitor telemetry or email correspondence to third-party marketing brokers or advertisers.
